I'm not gonna lie, dead hand cleans with 60kg are not easy.

110kg 2 x 0 no attempt to get under the bar, tbh i think i should just accept that somewhere between 90 and 100 is my technical max, after that i start all the bad habits again.

I was seriously lighted headed after each pull, don't really know why, to the point where i couldn't move incase i fell down.
