Only i could take 5 days off lifting and come back worse than when i stopped.

spent hald an hour with the bar and 40kg trying to remember how to snatch, nearly broke my pelvis at one stage, it's still sore.

did about 8-10 singles with 60. The last one was alright. Alright is the best i've done in a few training sessions so was told to finish on a good one. Fuck it.
